The support and information I offer is available to anyone who is looking for practical information that is evidence informed.
Babies are often breastfed exclusively or breast and formula fed, and some babies are exclusively formula fed. My lactation consultant experience and skills have grown to encompass help for feeding babies generally in an effort to keep everyone safe and happy.
I have no connections with industry and do not sell any products.

The skills you need are hard-wired into your brain – rest assured you are absolutely qualified to parent your baby – you will learn together.
Listen to what offers have to offer but choose the paths that feel right to you.
It takes about 6 weeks to make the transition from pregnant to parent (mom or dad). Go with the flow and trust your body, mind and soul.
Healthy babies do wake frequently at night to feed for the first few months – nature’s way of protecting them from SIDS or Cot Death. They will start sleeping longer at night when their brains allow them to safely do so.
You will make many decisions – do your research. Never trust information from a website that is advertising products. Rather go to national health websites or Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative websites, WHO or LaLeche League International.

New parents are THE most vulnerable and gullible market for industry. You do not need a lot of costly equipment for baby or to breastfeed… wait and see what you may need before you buy.
